SHIPPING POLICY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs:
- Europe: €18
- Cyprus: €15
- Greece: €8 (free for orders of €300 and over)
- All other countries: €100

Duties and taxes

European Union (Europe, Cyprus, Greece): No additional duties or taxes apply. The shipping cost above is all you pay.

All other countries: We ship via DHL using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are calculated automatically and included at checkout, so there are no surprise charges when your order arrives. Clearance fees are already included in the shipping cost.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If your package is refused at customs for any reason, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost or any duties and taxes paid.

Processing and delivery times

All orders ship within 2-5 business days of ordering, pending product availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped, we estimate delivery within 6-15 business days of its ship date.

Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Please note we do not process or ship on weekends or national holidays.

SHIPPING IN GREECE

We offer free shipping on all orders of €300 and over within Greece.

Most orders ship out within 1-5 business days of ordering, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order has shipped, we estimate delivery within 2-5 business days of its ship date, depending on your exact location.

If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us to ensure a faster delivery method. In this case, you will be responsible for the extra cost of expedited delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item(s) may be returned for a product exchange or store credit within 14 days of the order’s first delivery attempt. Please note that monetary refunds are not available.

For a return to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition, with the security tag attached and in their original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.

Voila reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of an unauthorized or non-standard return, the merchandise will be sent back to the shipping address specified in the original order.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Items may be exchanged for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

STORE CREDIT

Alternatively, store credit may be issued for the value of the returned item(s) and can be used on a future order within 6 months of the return. Store credit cannot be exchanged for money.

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs related to a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Voila.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return or exchange one or more items, please email us at voilagreece@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. If an item has arrived damaged, please also include a clear photograph of the damage.
